The streetscape rhythm of the site is designed to allow for stepped building frontages and architecturally standardised address markers and lighting standards. The streetscape treatment strengthens the rhythm by use of bold swaths of ornamental grasses and perennials, with regularly spaced street trees.
The architectural approach utilises clean and contemporary forms in a layered manner together with a mix of natural materials and colour, which will guide the interface between interior and exterior, creating an easy relationship with the similarly layered and textured landscape.
All homes within North Clifton Estates will have a standardised address marker provided to them. The marker will consist of a low weathering steel marker, minimum 1 m in length and 1 m height with uplit stainless steel numbers at one side. The address marker should be incorporated into the yard landscaping and identified on the landscape site plan when submitted to the Design Review Consultant.
It is the responsibility of the lot owner to provide the electricity and footing for the address marker, along with the installation of the marker itself.
Light specs are per below. We supply both the transformers and the lights – there will be no exceptions.
